1) What information should I provide to Kreative House about my requirements?

You need to inform Kreative House about your requirements, such as plot area, road width, location (to determine the setbacks as per local regulations), whether you intend to construct a residential or commercial building, the number of floors, etc.

2) Should I start the Municipal approval process first or the house plan first?

It is always better to start with the house plan. Once you finalize the plan, you can proceed with the municipal approval process accordingly.

3) How much built-up area can I construct?

The built-up area you can construct depends on your plot size, road width and location. We need to check the setbacks as per local regulations and decide accordingly.

4) What if I don’t like your 2D plan?

If the 2D plan we’ve provided doesn’t meet your satisfaction, we’ll make one round of revisions based on your feedback.

5) What if I don’t like the 3D views?

There are various architectural styles, such as Contemporary, Modern, Classical, and Neo-Classical. We start designing 3D views by understanding your preferred style. If you’re not satisfied with the initial views, we offer one revision based on your feedback.

6) How long does it take to design the plan?                                                         

It generally takes 5-7 working days to design the plan. And 3 to 5 working days for any revisions required.

7) How long does it take for 3D design?

It generally takes 10 to 15 working days for the 3D design. And 5 to 7 working days for any revision required.

8) Do you offer working drawings, structural drawings and site visits?

For the projects located in Hyderabad and Pune, we provide these services. For projects outside these areas, we can only offer architectural working drawings. Since structural design requires site visits, it is recommended, you hire a local structural designer.

9) Do you also handle municipal  Liasoning for approvals?

Yes, this service is available for projects located in Hyderabad and Pune.

  10) Do you also do construction along with design consultancy?

Yes, we offer this service for the projects located within a 100 km radius of Pune and Hyderabad.

11) Do you also provide interior design services?

Yes, we also offer interior design services for both residential and commercial buildings.
