This is the special glass that reflects the light by keeping the house cool too. Multi-coating on the glass doesn’t allow the view of inside during the daytime when light outside is brighter than inside whereas from inside the view of outer world is clear. However, during night it is reversed.  So you need thick curtains to block the view during night.
